St. Louis Blues goalie prospect Love Harenstam has been named a finalist for League Most Valuable Player in HockeyAllsvenskan, according to a March 10 announcement.

Harenstam’s recognition as an MVP finalist highlights his strong performance during the season and his potential future impact for the St. Louis Blues organization.

This season, Harenstam played 32 games for Sodertalje SK, recording a 1.81 goals-against average, a .920 save percentage, and two shutouts. He also contributed to Team Sweden’s gold-medal win over Czechia at the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship held in Minnesota in January.

Harenstam was selected by the Blues as the No. 179 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2025 National Hockey League Draft.

The recognition as an MVP finalist may further raise expectations for Harenstam’s development and future contributions to both his current team and potentially to the St. Louis Blues.
