Fans will have the opportunity to watch multiple Major League Baseball games for free on MLB.TV from Friday through Monday as part of the service’s 23rd anniversary celebration. The free preview, presented by GEICO, allows viewers to stream all games except those broadcast on Apple TV+, Roku, and ESPN after logging in or creating an MLB.com account. No credit card is required, but blackout and other restrictions may apply.
MLB.TV subscribers are typically able to access every out-of-market game live or on demand throughout the season on supported devices. The service also provides 24/7 streaming access to MLB Network, as well as live Minor League games and MLB Big Inning, which features highlights and live look-ins at ongoing games.
Several notable matchups are scheduled during the free preview period. These include Red Sox vs. Yankees, a key series with implications for both the AL East division and Wild Card races; Dodgers vs. Padres, a rivalry intensified by competition for the NL West title; and Mets vs. Braves, which marks the final meeting between these two teams this season.
The promotion concludes on Monday with a slate of series openers such as Phillies-Mets, Padres-Mariners, Reds-Dodgers, along with ten additional games.
