On Saturday, several top prospects made notable appearances across Minor League Baseball. Among them was Liam Doyle, a 2025 first-round draft pick for the St. Louis Cardinals, who made his professional debut with Single-A Palm Beach.

Doyle, 21, pitched 1 2/3 innings and struck out three batters in his first outing. He reached a top speed of 98.4 mph and picked off a runner during the game. However, he also allowed a solo home run and issued two walks. "Doyle's anticipated pro debut was a mixed bag, but the southpaw showed why he was one of the most highly regarded hurlers in this year's Draft," according to reports.

Other prospects also had significant performances. Travis Bazzana (Guardians) achieved his first multi-homer game as a professional while playing for Columbus and has recorded strong numbers recently at Triple-A level.

Konnor Griffin (Pirates) hit his 20th home run of the season for Double-A Altoona and became only the second Minor Leaguer since 2005 to record more than 20 home runs and over 60 stolen bases in one season.

Leo De Vries (Athletics) hit his first Texas League home run for Double-A Midland and completed his first four-hit game since April.

Ethan Holliday (Rockies), Eduardo Quintero (Dodgers), Alfredo Duno (Reds), Kruz Schoolcraft (Padres), and Gage Wood (Phillies) also contributed noteworthy performances on Saturday night.
