St. Louis CITY SC has signed midfielder Seth Antwi to a first-team Major League Soccer contract through the end of the 2025 season, with club options for 2026 and 2027. Antwi, who is 25 years old, moves up from CITY2 after joining the organization two seasons ago.

“Seth has made a positive impact with CITY2 since joining the organization two seasons ago,” said St. Louis CITY SC Technical Director John Hackworth. “He has shown excellent consistency, work-rate, and has impressed while training with the first team. Seth has earned this opportunity, and we believe he can contribute moving forward.”

Antwi joined CITY2 in 2024 and became a regular in midfield. In his first season, he played in 25 matches and started 21 times, recording two assists. He continued his form into the following campaign by making 24 appearances with 22 starts and again providing two assists.

Before coming to St. Louis, Antwi played collegiate soccer at High Point University where he led his team to a Big South Conference Championship in 2023. He was named tournament MVP and selected for the All-Tournament Team during his final college season. Prior to moving to the United States, Antwi trained at Ghana’s Right to Dream Academy.
