St. Louis CITY SC has confirmed the transfer of winger Xande Silva to Hapoel Tel Aviv F.C., a club in the Israeli Premier League. The move is subject to Silva receiving his International Transfer Certificate and completing a medical examination. As part of the agreement, St. Louis CITY SC will keep a percentage of any future transfer fee if Silva is sold again.
Silva arrived at St. Louis CITY SC from Atlanta United before the end of Major League Soccer’s Primary Transfer Window. During his time with the club, he played in 13 matches across all competitions.

The transaction marks another roster change for St. Louis CITY SC as they continue their season.
