Friday, April 18: St. John Vianney High School standout CJ Cepicky’s college team loses to Akron Zips

On Friday, April 18, former St. John Vianney High School standout CJ Cepicky’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 12-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Akron Zips.

The game took place at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park. This was their second matchup against the Zips this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park against Akron Zips.
