St. Louis City SC hosts Portland Timbers at Energizer Park

St. Louis CITY SC is set to host the Portland Timbers this Sunday at Energizer Park, with kickoff scheduled for 6:00 p.m. CT. Fans can watch the match live on MLS Season Pass via the Apple TV app or listen to local radio coverage in English on KYKY Y98.1 FM and in Spanish on KXOK 102.9 FM.

For those tuning in via Apple TV, Steve Cangialosi and Danny Higginbotham will provide English commentary, while Alejandro Figueredo and Tony Cherchi will cover the match in Spanish. On radio, Joey Zanaboni and Dale Schilly will handle English play-by-play and analysis, with Santiago Beltran and Hector Vega covering the Spanish broadcast.

Matchday activities begin at 3:00 p.m. with a CITY Block Party at Lou Fusz Plaza featuring DJ Mahf. Fans can enjoy games, food vendors, and prizes before gates open at 4:30 p.m., when Mobile Order Ahead becomes available through the CITY App. The first 5,000 attendees will receive a CITY SC apron courtesy of Equifax.

Last weekend, St. Louis CITY SC narrowly lost 3-2 against Real Salt Lake despite goals from Klauss and Josh Yaro. The match was notable for the first-team debuts of Tyson Pearce and Jaziel Orozco.

In their history against Portland Timbers, St. Louis CITY SC holds an even record of 2-2-2 across all competitions. They remain unbeaten in their last two home matches against Portland (1-0-1). Their most recent encounter ended in a narrow 2-1 defeat for St. Louis at Providence Park.

Portland Timbers currently sit fourth in the Western Conference with 33 points and have recorded a 1-1-1 record since their last meeting with St. Louis in June. Antony leads Portland's attack with six goals this season, while David Da Costa has contributed eight assists.
