St. Louis CITY SC faced a 3-0 defeat against FC Dallas at Toyota Stadium on Saturday night. The match saw St. Louis initially challenging in the first 15 minutes before FC Dallas opened the scoring in the 24th minute. Kaick Ferreira scored with assistance from Petar Musa and Sebastian Lletget, placing the ball into the top left corner of the net.

FC Dallas extended their lead in the second half with Petar Musa finding the back of the net twice. His first goal came in the 79th minute with a left-footed shot to the bottom right corner, followed by a penalty kick conversion in the 88th minute to secure victory for Dallas.

The match also saw two cautions issued to FC Dallas players Bernard Kamungo and Logan Farrington during play. Despite having an equal number of total shots as their opponents, St. Louis CITY SC managed only two shots on goal compared to Dallas' ten.

St. Louis CITY SC will return home next weekend to face Minnesota United FC at Energizer Park.
