Alexandre Texier has been named to France’s preliminary roster for the 2026 Olympic Winter Games. He is among six French players expected to compete in the Milano Cortina games.
Texier played 31 regular-season games with the Blues this season, recording 11 points with six goals and five assists. His career high was achieved during the 2023-24 season with the Columbus Blue Jackets, where he earned 30 points through 12 goals and 18 assists in 78 games.
Texier has represented France at the World Championships five times and participated in Olympic qualifiers twice.
The Winter Games are set to commence on February 6, 2026, marking the return of NHL players to the Olympics for the first time since 2014. Further player announcements will be made later this year.
